Realizing Your Career or Calling

Unsure about your vocation? For some of my clients, this has meant a change in career; for others, it has entailed finding ways to increase satisfaction in a current job or fulfillment outside of the workplace.

Spiritual Healing & Growth

Are you unsure whether your faith tradition is a good fit, or whether you believe in God or a Higher Power? Have you had a negative experience of religion? I help clients heal from damaging experiences, clarify their beliefs (or lack of belief), identify their spiritual/religious orientation, and grow in their spirituality. A Jew married to a Christian minister, I have extensive knowledge of Christianity and Judaism, plus some familiarity with and much respect for other religious and spiritual traditions, including Unitarian Universalism, Ethical Humanism/Ethical Culture, Buddhism, Islam, and Hinduism. A participant in personal spiritual direction for a number of years, I have presented on Spirituality and Clinical Social Work for the National Association of Social Workers Virginia Chapter.
